Digital Lab, Website UX QA Manager

The Digital Lab, Website UX QA manager is a key cross-functional member of the Web Channel team which is responsible for leading website projects on AbbVie’s Digital Marketing Platform (ADMP). This position plays a critical role in delivering high quality, perfectly functioning AEM websites to customers. You will test and evaluate authored content on AEM CMS and help identify mistakes, errors, and other user experience issues.
The Website UX QA manager is specifically responsible for In-house POD authored website quality across Consumer and HCP (health care professional) working with cross functional team members in an agile POD, you will partner closely with Web specialists to understand the scope and requirements of the projects and own the quality through the content life cycle.
This role will focus on tactical execution of the QA of websites, including Functional Requirements Document updates, testing of authored content, and all revisions completing publishing on AEM environment. As the primary web UX subject matter expert this role is responsible for ensuring accurate work leaving the Copy POD that meets business objectives with the highest quality. Success in this role will be demonstrated by providing quality work output, screening for errors, and refining usability throughout the website authoring process.
