You'll be surrounded by teammates who are passionate, humble, and driven.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop content strategy and messaging direction for paid social campaigns, landing pages, and email sequencesWrite conversion-focused copy for ads, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages that align with client goalsCollaborate with designers and media buyers to ensure copy and visuals align for maximum performanceInterpret campaign performance data to refine messaging and creative directionCreate and maintain content frameworks, testing strategies, and copy templatesResearch client audiences to develop tone, angles, and storytelling that resonateStay up to date with trends in digital advertising, CRO, and direct-response copywritingSkills and QualificationsRequired2+ years of experience in digital content strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response copywritingStrong portfolio of ad copy, landing page content, or email campaigns that drove measurable resultsExcellent English writing and communication skillsUnderstanding of digital funnels and how content impacts conversion ratesAbility to work collaboratively in a remote team and deliver high-quality work on tight timelinesAvailable to work U.S. hours (part-time, 0–20 hrs/week)Fast, reliable internet and high attention to detailPreferredExperience with Christian organizations, nonprofits, or faith-based brandsFamiliarity with Meta, Google, or LinkedIn advertising platformsBasic knowledge of email marketing or marketing automation toolsComfort working in systems like Monday.com, Slack, and Google DriveSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typePart-timeIndustriesAdvertising ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Missio by 2x.Get notified about new Specialist jobs in Atlanta, GAJ-18808-Ljbffr
