If the requirements below align with your qualifications and experience, we look forward to hearing from you.Responsibilities may IncludeEffectively communicate directly with clients, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.Conceptualization & Ideation: Develop creative concepts, mood boards, sketches & wireframes.Branding & Visual Identity: Design logos, color schemes, brand guidelines & marketing materials.Web & Digital Design: Develop user interfaces, web graphics & digital assets for online platforms.Print Design: Design layouts for magazines, packaging etc. & prepare files for print.Illustration & Infographics: Create custom illustrations & infographics to represent data.Image Editing & Enhancement: Edit & enhance images to fit design requirements.Motion Design & Video Editing: Design animations, motion graphics & visual effects for various platforms.Team Collaboration & Presentation: Communicate with team members & present design concepts.Software Proficiency & Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, online web editors & online tools.Quality Control & Finalization: Conduct quality checks & prepare final files for delivery.Mandatory RequirementsDemonstrated experience in graphic designDemonstrated experience in video editingFamiliarity with design software and technologies like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and PhotoshopPortfolio showcasing above mentioned experienceCreativityAble to follow client briefs and stick to deadlinesExcellent in English - written and spokenExcellent communication skillsAt least 2 years work experienceExperience working remotelyHigh School Diploma or equivalent (A qualification in Design or similar will be advantageous)Familiarity with cloud or online tools such as Asana and Google WorkspaceTech-savvy and able to adapt to new software quicklyConsistent access to high-speed internetOwn reliable computer with up-to-date softwareContactable referencesPreferred AttributesHighly organized and methodicalExceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated and proactiveQuick to learn and adaptableExcellent time management skillsProfessional and discreteAble to work in a solo environmentRecruitment ProcessMeet qualifying criteriaSubmission of form + updated CV + PortfolioOnly shortlisted applicants will be contactedSubmission of a short introductory videoVirtual interviewReference checkJ-18808-Ljbffr
