Join a growing faceless German YouTube channel dedicated to exploring money psychology, power dynamics, true crime, historical case studies, and the psychology of control. This role is ideal for a creative video editor with a passion for storytelling and a keen sense for cinematic pacing. You will play a key part in shaping the channel’s visual identity and narrative style, collaborating on 1–2 high-quality videos per week. Deliverables

Edit and assemble engaging YouTube videos with a strong storytelling focus

Conduct light research to support video narratives and ensure factual accuracy

Source and integrate relevant stock footage, images, and sound effects

Design compelling thumbnails that drive viewer engagement

Collaborate on script development and adapt narration (primarily in German)

Ensure cinematic pacing, emotional resonance, and high production value in each video

Maintain consistent branding and visual style across all content

Requirements

Proven experience in video editing, preferably for YouTube or digital platforms

Strong storytelling instincts and ability to structure compelling narratives

Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

Basic graphic design skills for thumbnail creation

Ability to conduct topic research and synthesize information effectively

Familiarity with sourcing and licensing stock footage and audio

Excellent sense of pacing, sound design, and visual composition

Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential
