Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow three distinct brands across all major platforms: a medical business, a lifestyle brand, and a nonprofit organization. This role requires someone who can adapt tone, messaging, and content strategy while maintaining consistency, engagement, and brand identity across each account.

Brands Managed
Dr. Keloid (Medical / Business)

Suit & Scrubs – Dr. Jones (Lifestyle / Personal Brand)

Operation Keloid (Nonprofit / Awareness & Community)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute monthly content calendars for all three brands

Tailor messaging and content style to each brand’s audience and goals

Identify trends, content opportunities, and platform updates

Content Creation, Including Clinical & Live Procedures

Capture and record live procedures, including surgeries, in a professional and compliant manner

Coordinate filming schedules with medical staff and patients

Edit and produce educational, engaging, and compliant video content from surgical footage

Ensure proper patient consent and adherence to privacy regulations for all recorded content

Create behind-the-scenes, educational, and storytelling content from real patient experiences

Platform Management

Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)

Optimize posting schedules based on analytics and engagement

Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and messaging

Patient Relationship Building & Community Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with patients featured in content

Communicate with patients before and after procedures for storytelling opportunities

Ensure patients feel comfortable, respected, and accurately represented

Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries across all accounts

Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and foster community growth

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, growth)

Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Adjust strategies based on data and performance trends

Campaigns & Promotions

Plan and execute campaigns for launches, events, and awareness initiatives

Support marketing efforts for patient acquisition (Dr. Keloid)

Drive storytelling and mission awareness for nonprofit initiatives

Brand Differentiation

Educational/medical authority (Dr. Keloid)

Personal/lifestyle storytelling (Suit & Scrubs)

Mission-driven, community-focused content (Operation Keloid)

Qualifications

2–5+ years of social media management experience

Experience capturing live content, including medical or procedure-based filming preferred

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook algorithms

Experience with video editing and content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple brands with different voices

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HIPAA‑compliant content practices

Experience working in a medical, surgical, or clinical setting

Experience managing sensitive or patient-based content

Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Later, etc.)
