Manager, Events & PR
JamLoop is hiring a Manager, Events & PR to run key parts of the company's execution and distribution engine. This role owns event execution and communications, webinar and event promotion, social amplification, and key email programs tied to launches, events, and company visibility. The role also supports external communications by helping turn company event moments into market-facing content and coordinated promotion.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage a lot of moving pieces, keep programs on track, and turn activity into momentum. You should be comfortable coordinating event details, writing sharp promotional copy, managing publishing workflows, re-purposing content for social and email, and helping build a stronger, more consistent drumbeat in the market.
What You'll Own
Event Execution And Promotion
- Own day-to-day marketing execution for industry events, hosted events, dinners, and partner activations
- Build and manage detailed event timelines, run-of-show documents, checklists, communications plans, and promotional workflows and calendars
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Leadership, Marketing, and external vendors to align on event goals, readiness, and follow-up responsibilities
- Support pre-event, onsite, and post-event communications and follow-up
- Own event measurement, reporting, and communication, with clear accountability for proving event-driven pipeline growth, sales impact, and overall program effectiveness
- Build repeatable event playbooks, templates, and checklists that scale JamLoop's events program as the company grows
- Identify vertical, local & industry events
Public Relations
- Draft and collaborate on press releases, contributed articles, and bylines tied to product launches, partnership announcements, and company milestones
- Monitor industry news cycles and identify rapid-response opportunities to insert JamLoop's perspective into relevant conversations
- Track and report on earned media coverage, share of voice, and sentiment across key publications
- Support executive visibility by developing ready-to-share post copy, speaker briefing materials, and talking points for industry panels, podcasts, and trade press interviews
- Coordinate award submissions, speaking applications, and sponsorship proposals for key industry events and publications
- Identify podcast opportunities, develop pitches for podcasts, and execute overall strategy
Email Marketing And Communications
- Own event-related email promotion, reminder flows, webinar invites, and post-event follow-up
- Support newsletter-style communications and campaign distribution where relevant
- Partner with other marketing roles to distribute launches, stories, reports, and content through email
- Improve communication quality, consistency, and follow-through
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 3+ years in event marketing, public relations, and/or integrated marketing roles
- Experience in supporting marketing and events efforts in the adtech, martech, media, CTV, or B2B SaaS industries
- Strong hands-on event execution experience
- Confident communicator with experience working with and guiding senior executives
- Strong writing skills across social copy, email promotions, and follow-up communications
- Experience supporting webinars, conferences, hosted events, or executive programs
- Strong project-management instincts and attention to detail
- Strong bias toward AI-assisted tools for drafting, editing, re-purposing, and speeding up execution
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams, operations, and/or sales enablement
- Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, or similar tools
- Experience in a lean, high-growth team where people build as they go
