Position Overview
MolBio seeks an experienced, highly motivated Web Developer to manage existing department web applications and, upon transition, lead the technical direction of the technology stack.

Essential Functions

Design and implement web applications that meet business needs.

Collect and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.

Collaborate with IT professionals to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of application architectures, designs, and code.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to other developers.

Develop and implement development standards and best practices.

Stay current with emerging web technology trends and recommend improvements.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to web applications.

Job Summary
Responsible for designing and implementing web applications that meet the organization’s business needs. This position does not require patient care.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred (experience may substitute).

Experience: 5‑7 years in web application development or a related field.

Backend and frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Svelte).

Experience with Linux/Unix, relational databases, and modern CMS platforms.

Proficiency with version control, code reviews, monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and automated deployment.

Strong understanding of web architecture, architectural patterns, and cloud‑based development.

Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
