Staff Brand/Graphic Designer Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It's currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.
At Assured, we provide large insurers with the software solutions they need to win in a modern, technology-driven world. From self-service claim-filing software to backend fraud detection, we're the engine that powers claims processing for some of the largest insurers in the world.

We are looking for a Staff Brand/Graphic Designer to join our growing team! As we continue to grow our marketing efforts, we need a Staff Brand/Graphic Designer to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns while maintaining a high bar for brand consistency and visual polish.
You will…
Contribute to the development of Assured's brand identity by helping maintain and organize our design system and asset library
Develop visual concepts and designs that align with a brand's identity and meet the needs of sales and marketing teams
Act as a brand guardian and the final seal approval for all customer-facing assets, ensuring that guidelines and quality standards are followed consistently
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while prioritizing and completing tasks with minimal oversight
You have…
8+ years experience in brand and visual design for cutting-edge technology products, with a varied and polished portfolio to show for it.
A deep understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and more.
A strong sense of storytelling across a variety of marketing and sales assets. The ability to create 2D or 3D illustrations and small animations is a plus.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with editorial and print production, such as booklets, brochures, and OOH applications.
Proficiency with AI tools to expedite the design process and enhance creative output
Strong cross-functional communication skills, with an ability to quickly translate briefs from non-design stakeholders in sales, finance, and product into compelling mockups and visual concepts, and the ability to justify and explain design choices back to those same stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A diplomatic and calm approach to giving constructive practical feedback to other designers and stakeholders.
