What You’d Do in This Role:
Senior Thumbnail & Motion Designer responsible for creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails, motion graphics, and show branding that drive clicks, views, and audience growth across Ramsey Network shows. This role partners closely with producers, editors, and strategists to turn content into compelling visual storytelling, while using performance data, testing, and AI tools to improve results at scale. Ideal candidates have strong Photoshop and After Effects skills, experience in fast-paced digital content environments, and a portfolio showcasing YouTube, motion, or creator-focused design work.
You’re Probably a Match If:
5+ years of experience in digital design, YouTube content, creator media, or motion graphics
Strong Photoshop and thumbnail design skills
Experience creating motion graphics in After Effects
A portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails, digital campaigns, motion graphics, or creator-focused work
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
What Winning Looks Like:
Design YouTube thumbnails that improve click-through rate and audience engagement
Create motion graphics and show assets using After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
Collaborate with producers and strategists to visually position shows and personalities
Develop visual systems that maintain brand consistency while helping each show stand out
Use testing, analytics, and iteration to continuously improve performance
Explore AI tools and emerging workflows to improve speed and creative exploration
Mentor and support other designers on the team
