About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Video Manager to own the full lifecycle of video production projects — from the first conversation to the final deliverable.
You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity and organization, keeping projects on track while ensuring the end product looks and feels exceptional.
Job details

Drive video projects from kickoff through delivery, handling timelines, scope, and resource planning.
Keep stakeholders informed with consistent progress updates.
Spot potential roadblocks early and get ahead of them.
Hold the line on deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
Maintain clean, accurate data in project tracking systems (e.g., TaskFlow) to support reporting needs.
On the Creative & Production Side

Partner with stakeholders to nail down project goals and requirements.
Guide and give feedback to production teams throughout the process.
Oversee every phase — pre‑production, shooting, editing, and final delivery.
Make sure all content aligns with brand standards and quality benchmarks.
On the Relationships Side

Act as the go‑to person for all things video production.
Cultivate strong working relationships with program managers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts.
Manage external vendors and hold them accountable for quality output.
What You Bring

Proven ability to juggle multiple video projects at once without dropping the ball.
Solid understanding of the entire video production pipeline.
Hands‑on experience with video editing tools and PM platforms like Buganizer.
Strong communicator who works well across teams and functions.
Comfortable thriving in a high‑speed, deadline‑heavy environment.
Familiarity with cloud‑based products and services is a bonus.
Portfolio of varied video work — training content, customer stories, promotional pieces, etc.
