We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer Jr to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. As a Graphic Designer Jr, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including print and digital materials, social media graphics, presentations, and more

Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials

Create and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials

Assist in creating and editing videos and animations for marketing campaigns

Conduct research and stay updated on design trends to ensure our materials are visually appealing and relevant

Work closely with the team to ensure all designs meet project requirements and deadlines

Manage and organize design files and assets for easy retrieval and future use

Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high‑quality production of marketing materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

1‑2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience with video editing and animation software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Understanding of design principles and techniques

Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print

Passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and improve
