Position Summary
The Academy of Country Music (ACM) is seeking a creative, organized, and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of digital campaigns, audience engagement initiatives, and content distribution across ACM’s digital platforms. This role will assist in driving brand awareness, fan engagement, and promotional support for ACM events, programs, partnerships, and the ACM Awards. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, passionate about entertainment and country music, and experienced in managing digital content and marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Digital Marketing and Campaign Support

Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, web, and paid media channels.

Coordinate campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.

Support promotional efforts for ACM events, including the ACM Awards, member programs, and partner activations.

Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, artists, and partners to gather assets and coordinate campaign launches.

Social Media and Content Coordination

Schedule and publish content across ACM social media platforms.

Monitor audience engagement and assist in community management efforts.

Help develop creative content ideas that align with ACM’s voice and brand identity.

Coordinate digital assets including graphics, video clips, captions, and promotional copy.

Analytics and Reporting

Track and report on digital campaign performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.

Assist in compiling post‑event and campaign recap reports.

Monitor industry trends, social media trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Administrative and Cross-Functional Support

Maintain organized digital asset libraries and marketing documentation.

Assist with vendor coordination, meeting scheduling, and project tracking.

Support additional marketing and communications initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field preferred.

13 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, entertainment marketing, or related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and audience engagement strategies.

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work flexible hours during ACM events and award show periods.
