From driving cause campaigns in the community to orchestrating the moments that make our team feel seen and celebrated, you will lead with purpose and show up with intention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cause Marketing & Community Impact
Strategic Design: Create and manage cause marketing campaigns across all brands, transitioning charity partnerships into measurable ROI.
Public Representation: Serve as the face of F&P in the community, championing our mission at public events and fostering high-level relationships.
Media Synergy: Partner with the F&P Media team to spotlight culture and cause initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels.
2. Internal Culture & Employee Experience Cultural Orchestration: Plan and execute large-scale internal events (e.g., holiday celebrations, enterprise awards, team culture moments).
Relationship Building: Foster a workplace where people feel seen; build relationships internally with the same "genuine care" used for external stakeholders.
3. Strategic Leadership Needle Moving: Operate as a data-driven thinker, measuring the impact of initiatives and adjusting strategies to align with enterprise goals.
Innovation: Utilize AI tools and infrastructure to build "smarter, not just harder," streamlining marketing workflows.
Requirements
Education & Experience Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business preferred
Professional Track Record: 5-7+ years of experience in cause marketing, community engagement, or brand management.
Industry Context: Experience in the franchise or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) space is highly desirable.
Leadership: Proven experience managing budgets and leading multi-location marketing strategies.
Skills & Competencies Communication: Exceptional public speaker and "natural connector" who is comfortable in front of a room.
Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in modern AI tools, CRM systems, and project management software.
Analytical: Ability to translate abstract "culture" goals into concrete data and ROI.
Physical & Travel Requirements Travel: Frequent travel (up to 40%) across the Rio Grande Valley and broader Texas region to visit brands and attend events.
Event Logistics: Ability to stand for long periods and assist with the physical setup/breakdown of event materials (up to 30 lbs).
License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Perks Base Salary: $100K starting salary.
