Summary

We are seeking a Director of Content & Creator Partnerships to join the Content Partnerships team at Meta. Reporting to the Vice President of Content Partnerships, this person will lead creator strategy across Meta’s device ecosystem, including business strategy for our endorsement deals with celebrities and influencers. In addition, this role will partner directly with the Office of the President to develop and execute programs in support of key company-wide initiatives, including Meta Small Business. In service of these goals, they will drive outcomes and collaborate with a range of stakeholders in product, partnerships, marketing, legal, finance, engineering, and other areas, with an eye to uniting the relevant teams under an endorsement approach by product/initiative. They will be an accelerant to complex, high intensity projects, bringing together the right talent and frameworks into partnerships advancing key priorities across creators and the President's strategic agenda.

Director, Content & Creator Partnerships Responsibilities

  1. Build the framework for integrating talent, creator, and endorsement priorities from product, partnerships, marketing, and other teams across Meta's apps and platforms, generating alignment on investments, trade-offs, and a unified device endorsement approach by product/initiative
  2. Develop, structure, and execute endorsement and creator partnerships with top-tier talent, celebrities, and influencers on behalf of Meta's device ecosystem
  3. Partner with the Office of the President to develop and execute programs advancing key company-wide initiatives including Meta Small Business
  4. Organize and drive cross-functional forums for navigating key decisions related to talent, creator, and endorsement investments
  5. Analyze creator and endorsement markets, targets, and trends, synthesizing recommendations into actionable plans and strategy
  6. Serve as an accelerant to complex, high-intensity projects, bringing together the right talent, frameworks, and stakeholders to advance Meta priorities

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 15+ years of experience in talent endorsement deal negotiations and/or creator partnership programs
  2. Subject matter expertise in endorsement, sponsorship, and commercial tie-in deals with content creators, celebrities, social media influencers, brands, events, product integrations, and traditional marketing campaign components
  3. Knowledge of the creator economy, social media, digital business models, and internet/consumer technology
  4. Experience managing multiple workstreams under tight timelines and executing across quickly evolving products and strategic priorities
  5. Demonstrated fluency in the most complex business and legal issues and partner relations
  6. Skill in communication, consensus-building, and working persuasively among senior leaders and matrixed organizations
  7. Experience building and presenting pitch, briefing, and strategy materials to executive-level audiences
  8. BS or BA degree

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working for major brands, leading talent/creator agencies, and/or big tech companies
  2. Established network of contacts among top-tier talent, creators, influencers, and brands
  3. Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with experience learning quickly about new technologies and adapting to shifting priorities
  4. Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment while shifting between day-to-day execution and executive-level strategic counsel
  5. MBA or JD

$296,000/year to $356,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
