As Graphic Designer & Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will support the company’s design, branding, marketing, social media and operational initiatives across digital platforms, physical locations and internal communications. This role is dynamic and collaborative, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Content Creation & Social Media
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content aligned with brand voice and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends and platform best practices to keep brand content relevant and competitive.
  • Capture and produce content during events, store visits, and brand activations.


Creative Graphic Design & Brand Assets
  • Design printed and digital marketing materials including promotional graphics, menus, signage, social media assets, and other brand collateral.
  • Assist with maintaining the company’s overall brand “look and feel” across all locations and marketing channels.


Marketing Campaigns & Product Launches
  • Contribute to the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Support communication and rollout of new products or promotions through internal memos, emails, text communications, and social media announcements.


Digital Platforms & Website
  • Assist with website updates and ensure digital content remains current and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Maintain and update in-store digital platforms including TVs and digital menus across locations.
  • Utilize emerging tools, including AI technologies, to help streamline workflows and improve productivity.


Packaging, Labeling & Compliance
  • Assist with product labeling and packaging design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure labeling and packaging meet regulatory requirements, including FDA and CDPH standards.


Partnerships, Outreach & Activations
  • Assist with outreach and coordination of influencer, celebrity, and partnership opportunities.
  • Support development of private labeling partnerships and other strategic collaborations.
  • Assist with planning and execution of brand events, activations, and partnerships.


Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain project trackers, monitor deadlines, and help ensure timely completion of marketing and operational tasks.
  • Provide daily end-of-day status updates summarizing completed tasks and outstanding items.
  • Provide marketing and administrative support to leadership and team members as needed.
