Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven

Sr. E-commerce Promotion Marketing Specialist

to support the growth of the U.S. e-commerce business through impactful onsite promotional campaigns. This role will focus on executing and optimizing promotion-driven customer experiences, working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality campaigns that drive conversion, engagement, and sales.

What You’ll Do

Drive GMV growth for OLIVE YOUNG U.S. E-commerce by leading the execution of onsite promotions, campaign pages, and conversion-focused merchandising initiatives

Develop differentiated onsite promotional concepts and campaign plans in partnership with stakeholders, aligning with seasonal priorities, product strategy, inventory considerations, brand initiatives, and broader business goals

Own the execution and delivery of end-to-end onsite promotional experiences for assigned campaigns, including homepage placements, banners, landing pages, collection pages, and other customer-facing campaign assets

Partner closely with designers, publishers, and internal stakeholders to ensure onsite campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and in a way that is visually compelling and operationally sound

Translate Korea HQ product strategy and company-wide promotional direction into localized onsite campaigns and merchandising experiences tailored to the U.S. e-commerce business

Build and actively manage monthly, annual, and key campaign calendars, including coordination across online and offline marketing moments where relevant

Take ownership of campaign timelines and execution milestones to ensure timely delivery and strong cross-functional alignment

Act as a key point of contact for onsite promotions, collaborating with CRM, Performance Marketing, Affiliate, Membership, MD, Creative, and other cross-functional teams to support integrated customer-facing campaigns

Plan and manage promotional mechanics such as discounts, coupons, bundles, gifts with purchase, and other offer structures, balancing customer appeal with business impact and cost efficiency

Support pre-campaign planning through forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance estimation, and evaluate post-campaign results to identify insights and improvement opportunities

Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and customer experience through new promotional ideas, platform enhancements, smarter offer structures, and external partnerships such as payment providers or card partners

Monitor onsite performance, campaign results, customer response, and conversion trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for future campaigns and platform improvements

Help improve onsite campaign workflows and operating processes to support more efficient planning and execution

Stay current on U.S. beauty, retail, and e-commerce trends, as well as competitive onsite merchandising practices, to continuously strengthen the OLIVE YOUNG U.S. shopping experience

Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5 years of experience in promotion marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields

Experience executing promotional campaigns in an e-commerce or digital environment

Understanding of promotional strategies and mechanics (discounts, bundles, coupons, GWP)

Strong project coordination and organizational skills

Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret campaign performanceStrong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in beauty, retail, or consumer e-commerce industry

Korean language proficiency (preferred for HQ collaboration)

Experience with e-commerce CMS or promotion management tools

Familiarity with analytics platforms (GA4, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics)

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Slack)

Exposure to A/B testing and conversion optimization

Experience supporting CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns
