We’re a collaborative, hands‑on team that values both professional growth and creative energy. This role is based on‑site, working closely with our production and support staff to bring our brand story to life in a way that’s authentic to who we are and what we build.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, trend‑savvy Social Media & Content Creator to join our team and help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and community. If you live and breathe social media, have a strong sense of visual identity, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment, we’d love to meet you.

This is an in‑person role. You’ll be on‑site capturing content that reflects who we are as a brand.

Responsibilites:

Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and strategic goals.

Monitor cultural trends, viral moments, and niche conversations in real time and move quickly to capitalize on them.

Manage brand sentiment and engagement across platforms: respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and drive proactive community outreach.

Deliver regular reporting on growth, engagement, and reach with clear takeaways.

Collaborate with internal teams to support paid, owned, and earned social media initiatives within broader marketing efforts.

Manage inventory and fulfillment for giftings, influencer requests, partnerships, events, and more.

Assist with planning and executing events, including LIVEs, brand promotions, and classes.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand management.

Genuine excitement around apparel and fashion.

Understanding of emerging trends, platform nuances, and audience engagement strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and iterate quickly.

A collaborative, positive mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally across teams and departments.

Proficiency in short‑form video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.

Comfortable and confident on camera.

Deep understanding of native social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook.

A genuine pulse on trends.

Must be available to work in‑person to capture live video content.
