The Multimedia Designer will function within our Brand department to drive ACP’s mission of changing the lives of the children and families we serve. This is a dynamic, creative role perfect for a self-driven, thoughtful professional ready to grow their career.
Essential Functions
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Create digital and print marketing materials such as ads, flyers, website content, newsletters, social media campaigns, promotional materials, interactive content, illustrations, etc.
Consistently update the ACP website and related Google listings to improve our brand and ensure the accuracy of public-facing communications.
Craft consistent messaging.
Be a go-getter, creative thinker, detail-oriented, empathetic, self-motivated, and driven.
Develop and execute informed marketing strategies to target the right audience and grow our brand.
Establish consistent branding across all print and digital materials for various departments such as Recruiting, Outreach, Clinical Services, and executive leadership.
Meet regularly with the Marketing Manager to report success of posts and campaigns, identifying social media trends, and competitor activity to collaboratively work on the continued maximizing of Marketing efforts.
Coordinate and maintain an ongoing and comprehensive image library.
Establish our reputation as a thought leader in the industry.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Capture and edit photo content including headshots and event photography.
Capture and edit video content including long-form videos such as tours and interviews.
Provide support as needed for events through dissemination of marketing materials and communication, support onsite, photography, videography, etc.
Support social media presence through active engagement.
Provide support administratively as needed, including ordering materials.
The ability to learn quickly and willingness to jump in to support our mission.
Creates deliverables that adhere to brand standards of existing brand.
Competencies
Experience creating content utilizing Canva and Adobe.
Experience making content for various social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Hootsuite).
Experience capturing video and photo content and editing these files as requested.
Exceptional ability to craft persuasive messaging, copy edit, and proofread.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance speed and quality.
Fundamental understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and the population we serve.
Related higher education strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience in WordPress preferred.
Willingness to always grow and expand skillset.

Meeting Expectations
Weekly, as needed with manager, team, and cross-departmental meetings.

Related higher education strongly preferred.
