The tgin® Senior Brand Designer will play a key role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of the brand across digital, retail, ecommerce, packaging, and experiential channels. This role is responsible for developing compelling, consumer-focused creative that strengthens brand storytelling, drives engagement, and supports business growth across multiple touch points. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional execution skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will bring a deep understanding of beauty branding, visual storytelling, and creative strategy while ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence across all brand experiences.


About the Role


The tgin® Senior Brand Designer will play a key role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of the brand across digital, retail, ecommerce, packaging, and experiential channels.


Responsibilities


  • Brand Design: Lead the creative development and execution of brand assets across digital, retail, ecommerce, packaging, and experiential channels, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Design visually compelling creative for product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, social media, website assets, retail signage, packaging, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Develop both 2D and 3D design concepts from ideation through final production, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintain and continuously evolve the visual identity of tgin®, bringing forward fresh, innovative creative solutions that support brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, product development, social media, and external partners to deliver strategic, consumer-focused design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Design high-performing ecommerce assets, including Amazon A+ content, PDP assets, enhanced brand content, promotional banners, and digital merchandising materials.
  • Create impactful Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising and large-format print assets, including billboards, transit advertising, event signage, and retail displays that effectively communicate the brand in physical environments.
  • Event & Experimental Design: Design immersive brand experiences for trade shows, product launches, influencer events, and experiential activations that drive engagement and strengthen brand presence.
  • Partner with event teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute cohesive, on-brand creative concepts from planning through production.
  • Develop event-related marketing and promotional assets, including social media content, digital invitations, presentation materials, event websites, signage, and branded collateral.
  • Support the visual storytelling and creative direction of live experiences to ensure consistency, innovation, and a premium consumer experience across all event touch points.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of design experience, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.


Required Skills


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, along with experience using project management platforms like Asana, is a plus for enhancing collaboration and optimizing workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.


Preferred Skills


  • Proven experience in designing visual identity systems, retail signage, environmental graphics, and packaging for beauty brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging and aesthetically appealing designs that align with brand identity and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Expertise in print production and die-line templates.
  • A passion for beauty, design, and trends, with the ability to stay ahead of industry shifts and inspire innovative solutions.
