Own campaign outcomes across linear and streaming campaigns
Operate and validate AI-driven buying systems
Diagnose performance issues and implement solutions
Surface opportunities to scale spend and improve performance
Requirements:

2+ years buying and optimizing campaigns across linear and/or programmatic TV
Use AI daily to make faster and smarter buying decisions
Think in systems to trace how a change in one variable ripples through a whole campaign
Validate, pressure-test and push back on data outputs
Own performance numbers and diagnose issues proactively
Prefer building better workflows over repeating broken ones
