OVERVIEW
Create and execute of multimedia projects, including the creation, shooting and editing of digital video content and photographs to support the overall internal communications, public relations, and marketing efforts of the organization. May be required to work flexible hours and weekends, as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualize, shoot and produce photos and multimedia content
Edit and enhance multimedia assets using appropriate software tools
Manage multimedia projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and concepts for multimedia projects
Maintain and manage the photography studios and their equipment
Maintain organized video and photo archives
Assist in the creation and development of new media and multimedia content
Ensure that multimedia projects adhere to brand guidelines and standards
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in multimedia production
Member of the Crisis Communication team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, digital media or related field
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong knowledge of photography and video equipment
Expertise in digital media strategies and techniques
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
FEMA Certification
FEMA ICS-100 For Health Care/Hospitals Certification (or must be obtained within 12 months of hire)
FEMA ICS-700 National Incident Management System Certification (or must be obtained within 12 months of hire)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.

PAY RANGE:
$58,797.66 - $88,196.49
