IAMPACT MGMT is hiring: Talent Manager Intern (Influencer) in Los Angeles

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Ideally once per week in Los Angeles)

Schedule: Part-Time (10–20 hours/week)

About the Role:
IAMPACT MGMT is looking for a passionate, driven Talent Manager Intern to support our growing roster of exclusive influencers. This intern will work closely with our talent team to assist in brand partnership outreach, influencer opportunities, event coordinating, day-to-day management tasks, and more. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the influencer marketing space while working alongside a team that values creativity, hustle, and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist with pitching influencers to brands, agencies, and event organizers

Coordinate partnership requests and brand communications on behalf of talent

Source and research new opportunities for influencers (events, sponsorships, media)

Support with booking travel and brand collabs (hotels, flights, experiences)

Track deliverables and deadlines across multiple campaignsHelp with outreach to new talent and roster research

Maintain organized calendars and documents in Google Drive, Notion, Beacons, Apollo

Occasionally attend Zoom meetings and assist with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Enrolled in or a recent grad from a program in marketing, PR, communications, or related field

Strong interest in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and social media culture

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Familiarity with platforms like Gmail, Google Sheets, Notion, TikTok, and Instagram

Based in Los Angeles is a plus, but not required

Duration: 3 months

Work Style: Remote, with ideally once per week in person in Los Angeles
