The role involves crafting engaging short-form and mid-length video content, including social media reels, promos, and branded campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills with an understanding of editing trends, platform dynamics, and cultural nuances to produce videos that drive engagement and create meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form and mid-length videos such as reels, social media ads, promos, and content explainers.
Implement engaging hooks, dynamic pacing, and a strong narrative rhythm to maximize viewer retention.
Tailor editing styles to suit platform-specific behaviors (e.g., fast cuts for Instagram, scroll-stopping openers for YouTube Shorts).
Enhance video quality through thoughtful color grading, text animations, transitions, and immersive sound design.
Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and creative leads to bring scripts and visual concepts to life.
Stay updated on current editing trends, meme formats, cultural references, and audio trends to keep content fresh and relatable.
Analyze ad performance metrics and apply learnings to improve edits for better click-through and completion rates.
Edit videos in the required language Hindi, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and strong storytelling for the target audience.
