Position Summary :

Drive Growth Through Modern, Social-first Media Leadership

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Paid Media, Social & Influencer Marketing to lead Cuisinart's full-funnel media ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of brand building and performance marketing , responsible for accelerating growth by transforming how we connect with consumers across paid and owned channels. You will define and execute a modern, data-driven, social-first media strategy that fuels demand, strengthens brand equity, and maximizes marketing ROI across an increasingly complex consumer and retail landscape.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a marketer who combines strategic vision, analytical rigor, media expertise and creative instinct -and thrives on building both brands and business results. The role partners cross-functionally with brand, creative, product, trade and retail media , and builds high-performing internal teams by fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Growth & Media Strategy
Define and lead Cuisinart's integrated, full-funnel media strategy to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable media plans that balance brand building and performance outcomes , with emphasis on a social-first approach
Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, formats, and emerging technologies (including AI-driven targeting and personalization)
Campaign & Channel Leadership Oversee cross-channel campaign strategy, activation, and optimization across paid digital, social, programmatic, search, and emerging media
Ensure campaigns are powered by audience insights, real-time performance data, and rigorous testing frameworks
Continuously improve media effectiveness, driving gains in efficiency, conversion, and scale
Social and Influencer Ecosystem Lead a cohesive social and influencer strategy spanning organic content, creator partnerships, and paid amplification
Shape Cuisinart's voice and presence across platforms, building brand affinity, cultural relevance, and community engagement
Guide agencies and internal teams in developing breakthrough content that connects creatively and performs commercially
Cross Functional Leadership & Agency / Budget Management Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of digital marketers, elevating capabilities across media, social, and analytics
Partner cross-functionally (Brand, Creative, Trade, eCommerce, Retail Media) to deliver integrated, consumer-first marketing programs. Champion and drive knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
Manage and optimize a significant media budget, ensuring investments are aligned to highest-return opportunities
Lead agency relationships to deliver best-in-class strategy, execution, and innovation
How Success Is Measured Growth in revenue, market share, and customer acquisition
Improvements in media ROI / ROAS and marketing efficiency
Increases in brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and consumer affinity
Advancement of Cuisinart's digital and data-driven marketing capabilities
Qualifications/skills :

Leadership & Strategy Proven ability to define and execute high-impact media and digital strategies that deliver measurable business results
Strong commercial mindset with experience linking marketing performance to business outcomes
Media & Digital Expertise Deep expertise across paid media, social, influencer, and performance marketing ecosystems
Experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, retail and eCommerce
Data & Analytics Fluency Advanced proficiency in analytics, attribution, and performance optimization
Experience leveraging data, insights, and AI-driven tools to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Cross-Functional Influence Strong collaborator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive integrated execution
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Team Development Experienced people leader who builds high-performing teams and fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, and agility / continuous improvement

Environmental Factors : Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
This role requires on-site presence in our Stamford CT location Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday.
