Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio.
Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points.
Gather and analyse customer feedback, needs, and requirements.
Propose solutions and sales presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head-on.
Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals, including: Maintenance rates
Terms & conditions
Legal and customer‑specific requirements
Participate in open tenders and prepare all necessary documentation for submission.
Review customer‑issued contracts for special terms and conditions that differ from company standards.
Act as a liaison between operations and commercial teams.
Support digital business initiatives and transformation efforts.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities to align service delivery with contract terms.
