Job Summary
We are seeking a UI UX Engineer or User Experience Engineer Developer that can bridge the gap between design and engineering by coding user interfaces, building interactive prototypes, and ensuring visual designs are implemented effectively.

Experience
5 to 10 years of experience as a UI UX Engineer.

Technical Skills

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front‑end frameworks React JS, Node JS

Design Tools: Sketch

UX Principles: user‑centered design, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards

Collaboration: excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between design teams and technical teams

Other technical skills: TypeScript, Wireframing, GenAI, node npm, Node js

Key Responsibilities

Front‑End Implementation: developing high‑quality code (HTML/CSS/JS) to build user‑facing features and translating design wireframes into functional web or app components.

Prototyping: creating sophisticated, interactive prototypes with live data to test interaction design and technical feasibility.

Bridging Teams: collaborating closely with UX designers, UX researchers, and back‑end engineers to ensure the final product matches design intent and user research insights.

Performance & Fidelity: optimizing front‑end components for maximum speed, scalability, and visual fidelity across devices.

Usability Testing: assisting in user testing and A/B testing to refine UI functionality based on feedback.
