Role Description

We are seeking a creative and driven full‑time Content Creator to join our team in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. This on‑site role involves developing engaging content across various platforms to enhance brand presence and connect with our audience. Responsibilities include writing and editing high‑quality content, producing multimedia assets, creating social media posts, conducting research, and aligning content with the company's brand voice and overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Content Writing, Copywriting, and Multimedia Storytelling
Experience in Social Media Content Creation, Content Management Platforms, and Digital Marketing
Strong skills in Proofreading, Editing, and Attention to Detail
Ability to conduct Research and integrate analytical insights into content creation
Understanding of Branding, Content Strategy, and audience engagement techniques
Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented, on‑site environment
Prior experience in financial services or insurance industries is a plus
