Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking an experienced creative, organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This position is responsible for designing and implementing a wide variety of print and web marketing deliverables while supporting company branding, customer communications, events, and internal marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong design and communication skills and extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, and have the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency and accuracy.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
Design and implement a wide variety of print or web marketing deliverables
Collaborate with Manager, team members, and other leaders in the organization to deliver high-quality, cost-effective marketing deliverables
Manage all projects and adhering to corporate brand guidelines and company policies while ensuring work accuracy
Follow to department and company guidelines for file assets, photography, and all work produced within the company
Organize and coordinate all company events
Maintain the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Perform all other duties as assigned
Types of Materials You Will Create:
Weekly and monthly parts sales flyers
Product literature including sell sheets, flyers, and direct mail pieces
Business collateral including business cards, forms, letterheads, and envelopes
Tradeshow and event materials including invitations, banners, and signage
Web pages, emails, and landing pages
Graphic Designer Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree (2-year) or a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Proven experience designing and preparing digital graphic assets and offset printing
Strong understanding of marketing and advertising strategy and how graphic design supports business objectives
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience utilizing project management applications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Graphic Designer Required Software Knowledge
Thorough knowledge of the following software applications is required:
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
Power Point
Canva
Microsoft Office in a PC-based work environment
