Job Description Summary
The Design Manager, Nail Packaging Design, leads packaging and visual design development for nail and beauty products. This role is responsible for concept creation, packaging graphics, structural development, 3D visualization, artwork execution, and vendor coordination. The position partners closely with marketing, product development, production, and sales to deliver designs that align with brand strategy, business goals, and consumer needs while ensuring consistency across key launches and retailer programs.

Responsibilities

Lead packaging and visual design development for nail and beauty products

Create and direct design concepts aligned with brand strategy and marketing objectives

Support structural design development, 3D modeling, and rendering

Review samples, coordinate with vendors, and manage final artwork execution

Establish and maintain packaging guidelines, CMF, and visual consistency across projects

Research design trends, materials, and finishing techniques to support innovation

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, production, and sales

Provide creative direction, design feedback, and project support to team members as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Graphic Design (Required)

Experience: 8–13 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

Skills: 3D Drawing, Adobe Creative Cloud, Brand Design, CMF Design, Leadership, Printing Process

Languages: English, Korean

Certification: Not Applicable

Compensation Range: 91,000.00 – 172,000.00 USD annually (subject to change)
