The role demands a hands-on approach, with the VP expected to be a player-coach, actively involved in all aspects of the work, from strategy to execution.
Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate Communications position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or corporate affairs, with a focus on healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors. The role requires a proven track record in developing and executing corporate communication strategies and PR campaigns, as well as experience in senior client advisory roles. Core skills include corporate narrative development, exceptional writing, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have a leadership profile that is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and passionate about patient impact, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
