Responsibilities
TikTok Shop – Creator Campaign Management
Support the newly launched brand TikTok Shop by driving the day‑to‑day management of the initiative in partnership with the PR team, specifically the affiliate creator campaigns.
Support overall campaign calendar and manage cross‑functional alignment on strategy, product, launch timing, execution, amplification, and timely reporting.
Support creator campaigns including building brief within the TikTok shop, casting 50‑200 creators from ideation and inviting them within the platform, approving sample requests, tracking all content, and sharing back internally for engagement and amplification.
Vet 300–400+ creators per campaign to cast roughly 200+.
Manage 12+ campaigns across company platforms.
Vet and invite all creators to participate in campaigns, manage sample approval (in partnership with fulfilment team), track budget, share content in real time and partner with TikTok Shop team to provide strategic guidance and support for all optimization opportunities.
Manage $200K+ sample budget.
Content clipping – anywhere from 200–300 videos per campaign, annually 3,600 videos.
Troubleshoot communications to creators – 200+ creators potentially per moment.
Support TikTok Shop live strategy aiding in overall live calendar including partnering with social for lo‑fi lives, sourcing and vetting creators for creator lives (including contracting and execution) and partnering with creative and social for all hi‑produced TikTok lives. Build out cadence, briefs and product to support live shopping.
Partner with social media, brand strategy, paid media, digital team and more to identify content for amplification on other channels based on performance.
Oversee weekly meeting with cross‑functional partners.
Create weekly reports on TikTok Shop Creator performance, analyzing top performing creators, products, and metrics against KPIs, and manage dissemination out to all key and critical partners.
Stay on top of all TikTok Shop happenings and patterns and provide recommendations to ensure our execution is innovative and best in class.
Support budget management.
Collaborate in a fast‑paced environment and support team members to foster a positive team and work experience.
Be on the pulse of emerging cultural moments, platform trends, and core demographic behaviors, and apply findings to real‑time TikTok Shop opportunities.
Creator Program
Support growing companies' Creator Program under the PR Specialist, driving day‑to‑day management of the program.
Support includes vetting and content approval process to admit new members to the Creator Program daily.
Assist in sorting through content and sharing with the appropriate internal partners for marketing amplification.
Support overall calendar management of program initiatives, tasks, sampling, budget management, etc.
Partner on weekly reporting and timely recapping.
Aid in planning and executing engagement opportunities for the Creator program in partnership with Specialist including onsite events in stores, onsite at brand events, focus group coordination and more.
Support execution of large‑scale influencer campaigns (700–1,000+ creators), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and content requirements are met at volume.
Manage creator onboarding, communications, and troubleshooting to maintain high participation and content quality across campaigns.
Track and optimize influencer content for SEO and GEO impact, including keyword usage, local relevance, backlink attribution, and indexed content performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging, search priorities, and geographic targeting strategies.
Vet creator submissions at scale to confirm platform compliance, keyword inclusion, tagging, and posting accuracy.
Assist with campaign reporting by aggregating creator metrics (links, locations, content types) to support search visibility and discoverability goals.
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in Creator or Influencer Relations, specifically with experience working with TikTok or TikTok Shop.
Experience supporting and executing Influencer and Creator Campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and discretion when working with high‑profile individuals.
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and creator ecosystems.
Ability to evaluate and analyze influencer performance using key metrics.
Familiarity with influencer platforms and reporting dashboards.
