We at Pantheon Health System are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team.
Pantheon is looking for an individual to help expand our services throughout Oklahoma City. We have a primary care clinic in Edmond, which will be offering urgent care services soon, we also offer durable medical equipment services. We want to spread the word of Pantheon Health System and gain contracts with individuals who can utilize our services.

Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote healthcare services across multiple service lines
Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and internal communications
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align marketing initiatives with service offerings
Support brand development and ensure consistency across all platforms
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and growth
Assist with recruitment marketing efforts including job postings and provider outreach
Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and platforms as needed
Contribute to community outreach and partnership initiatives to expand market presence
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare or a related industry
Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
