LSKR is an independent creative agency that designs work that moves people, business, and industry to action.
We don't chase trends, awards, or attention. We build creative that drives results by connecting with audiences others overlook.
Real influence starts with understanding. That's why brands trust LSKR to create with purpose, think with precision, and deliver outcomes that matter.
The advertising industry is shaped by groupthink—run by the same people, with the same ideas, targeting the same audiences. As a result, a significant share of the market is misunderstood or ignored.
LSKR exists to close that gap.
We are The Connection Company™.

The Role
LSKR is seeking a Creative Editor who can move fluidly between video editing, motion, and graphic design, and turn ideas, footage, and direction into polished assets ready for client delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of craft and output. You'll cut reels, design GIFs, build social‑first video, and bring the same eye to static design when the work calls for it.
This role reports to the Director of Operations, with creative oversight from the Chief Creative Officer across client work and LSKR’s brand.
This role is directed toward a candidate who is experienced beyond just one specialized craft, and is trusted with the full post‑production toolkit.
What You'll Do
Edit Video for Social
Cut reels, shorts, and short‑form video for client and LSKR‑owned channels
Design and animate GIFs, loops, and motion assets that perform on social
Translate raw footage into content that holds attention from the first frame
Responsible for scripting and sourcing for videos, depending on the project.
Design Across Surfaces
Produce graphic design work for social, digital, and presentation use
Bring consistency in typography, color, and composition across formats
Move between motion and static work
Own Post-Production
Handle color, sound, pacing, and finishing on video work
Build and maintain templates, project files, and asset libraries for repeatable output
Flag what's working, what isn't, and what could push further
What Success Looks Like
High‑quality creative ships faster. LSKR can produce more social, video, motion, and design assets without lowering the standard.
Edits move cleanly from direction to delivery. Feedback is understood, applied quickly, and returned without unnecessary back‑and‑forth.
Assets are organized, polished, and ready to use. Files, exports, captions, versions, and formats are handled correctly before they leave the editor’s hands.
LSKR’s own brand looks sharper and more consistent. Our social, pitch, website, and internal materials reflect the same level of taste we bring to client work.
Who You Are
Strong editor first, comfortable in Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
Fluent in graphic design and design fundamentals (Adobe CS, Figma, or equivalent)
Quick study on brand voice: you can absorb a brand and produce in its language fast
Sharp eye for pacing, rhythm, and what holds attention on a phone screen
Comfortable owning the work end-to-end without hand-holding
Curious about photography, filming, or production - or already doing it
Positive, humble, and steady under pressure
High judgment, low ego, and able to receive feedback without getting defensive
A strong teammate who brings energy, takes responsibility, and makes the work better
Compensation & Incentives
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, and includes performance‑based incentives.
Why This Role Matters
LSKR needs someone who can help make the work better and get it out the door faster.
This role turns ideas, footage, scripts, and direction into finished creative for clients and for LSKR’s own brand. You won’t just be pushing buttons at the end of the process. You’ll be close to the creative from the start.
For the right person, this is a chance to build serious range inside a growing agency and help shape the creative engine as LSKR scales.
