Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer who is interested in working in the exciting and fast-paced live entertainment industry. This position is responsible for supporting the Creative Team with a wide variety of design needs such as: digital ads, social media posts, show posters, signage, event calendars, general marketing collateral and more.

Salary: $47.500 - $50,000

Location: In Person, 250 Apollo Dr. Chelmsford, MA

Status: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt

Reports to: Branding & Creatives Manager


Job Responsibilities

  • Execute long-term and short-term graphic design assignments, including (but not limited to): show promotional materials, digital and print advertisements, social media graphics & videos, show posters, email marketing graphics, menu boards, etc.
  • Work with the Branding & Creatives Manager to ensure brand consistency and design standards across all platforms.
  • Regularly collaborate with other departments to deliver graphic design collateral as needed.
  • Ensure that all in-venue, printed marketing materials are up to date at all times.
  • Manage multiple requests simultaneously, demonstrating accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
  • Assist our Video Coordinator with basic video editing projects.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Graphic Design experience
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
  • Proficient in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere, iMovie, etc.)
  • Experience working with Canva
  • Able to work on Mac
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
