Personal Lines Motorsports Account Executive
As the Personal Lines Motorsports Account Executive on the Motorsports Practice team, you will support a high‑volume book of business dedicated to high‑net‑worth clients with prized motorsports and collector vehicles. You’ll review client exposures, loss history, and current coverages for collector cars, competition race cars, trailers, and related equipment, recommend the right motorsports insurance products and services and present up-to‑date market data from specialty carriers to help clients navigate complex risks. You will also provide proactive day‑to‑day service—anticipating client needs and responding quickly by phone, email, or in person—gather detailed information about risk management preferences and financial loss tolerance, and evaluate and propose tailored solutions. You’ll prepare renewal proposals, lead annual Client Advisory reviews, drive retention and new business through exceptional service and referrals, negotiate with multiple specialty carriers to secure compliant, comprehensive coverage, act as a trusted advisor on protecting motorsports assets, coordinate pre‑event risk assessments and insurance planning for events and track days, and manage the claims process from submission through resolution.

Demonstrated expertise in insurance products, endorsements, policy wordings, regulatory requirements, and risk‑management strategies.

Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.

Strong client‑service orientation with the ability to manage expectations effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, carriers, and clients.

Established relationships with specialty motorsports and personal‑lines carriers such as Hagerty, Chubb, AIG, and PURE.

Salary & Benefits
The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $123,100. The base pay will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
