Our multidisciplinary teams span 3D visualization, still imagery, film, and animation, as well as branding and interactive. Together, these disciplines form a cohesive, creative vision that produces compelling brand narratives for our clients.

Your Role at Visualhouse
Reporting to the CEO and Heads of Department, you will lead and grow Visualhouse’s relationships across the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East, acting as a client partner to developers, architects, agencies, and hospitality brands.

You will play a central role in delivering revenue growth by developing strategic accounts, securing new enterprise clients, and positioning Visualhouse as a trusted creative partner across CGI, film, branding, and digital. This includes identifying opportunities, shaping commercial strategy, and leading engagements from initial outreach through to pitch and close.

This is a client-facing role combining commercial leadership, relationship management, and hands‑on pursuit strategy. You will represent the Visualhouse brand with authority, build long‑term partnerships, and guide complex opportunities from early‑stage conversations through to successful close. As a core member of the Business Development team, you will contribute directly to Visualhouse’s growth strategy and commercial success.

What You’ll Own
Strategic Account Leadership

Own and grow a portfolio of high‑value accounts

Develop and execute long‑term account growth strategies across developers, architects, interior designers, luxury, and hospitality brands

Build a deep understanding of client pipelines, ambitions, and future developments

Position Visualhouse as a trusted, long‑term partner across multiple projects and services

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify, target, and convert new enterprise opportunities across priority sectors and regions

Win large‑scale CGI, visualisation, film, branding, and digital content projects

Actively lead the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, pitch strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and close

Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets supported by a strong, predictable pipeline

Client Partnership & Experience

Act as the point of contact for key accounts

Ensure clear scoping, expectation‑setting, and commercial oversight throughout engagements

Lead account reviews, feedback cycles, and debriefs to strengthen long‑term partnerships

Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long‑term account growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with CGI, Creative, Film, and Project Management teams to shape client solutions

Provide clear client insight, commercial context, and strategic direction to delivery teams

Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial leadership on account‑based growth initiatives, campaigns, and thought leadership

Align internal teams around client priorities and revenue opportunities

Market Intelligence & Commercial Governance

Monitor real estate market development pipelines to identify early‑stage opportunities

Maintain competitive and market intelligence to inform pricing, positioning, and service development

Own CRM hygiene, pipeline forecasting, and regular commercial reporting

Ensure commercial risk, margin expectations, and scope boundaries are clearly defined and upheld

What You’ll Bring

5–10 years’ experience in client‑facing commercial roles within CGI/visualisation, creative production, architecture, real‑estate marketing, branding, or related sectors

A proven track record of winning major projects and growing strategic or enterprise‑level accounts

An established network across the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East, includingdevelopers, architects, hospitality brands

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Strong commercial acumen, with experience in scoping, pricing, forecasting, and revenue planning

Confidence navigating complex organisations and coordinating multidisciplinary teams

A polished, credible, and authoritative presence with senior clients and partners
