The Role
This role drives property‑level revenue through marketing plans that address local and regional business objectives, collaborating closely with corporate and hotel teams such as Sales, Revenue Management, and Digital. You will help identify revenue‑making opportunities and execute promotions and programming in the field for designated hotels. Integrated marketing with digital media and analytics across media types is essential.

Understand the business needs, competitive environment, and challenges for designated hotels and guide the development of localized digital marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, measurement, and continual analysis.

Act as the first responder to hotel owner and operator questions and concerns about corporate strategy, campaigns, digital, and brand performance.

Assist the brand, loyalty, partnership, and digital teams with communicating corporate initiatives to the field to ensure maximum participation.

Develop annual digital marketing plans that maximize hotel revenue production and guest engagement initiatives.

Provide consultation for hotel openings and renovations that maximize business performance.

Counsel hotels on managing Hyatt preferred marketing agencies and suppliers.

Provide regular reporting and insights on marketing initiatives.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications
Experience Required:

6+ years of marketing and developing integrated plans for a global brand.

Digital campaign management including search, paid Meta, and SEO content optimization strategies.

Strategic marketing plan development based on analytics/performance management and integrated execution with demonstrable results and ROI.

Experience Preferred:

Hotel/hospitality industry experience.

Events/meeting planning experience.

Outstanding project management, time management, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.

Highly self‑motivated and directed with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $98,600-$115,000. This role is eligible for an Annual Bonus Plan. The final salary offered will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications, as well as the location of the work. Salary will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage.
