Graphic Designer
This role is focused on bringing ideas, insights, and complex information to life through compelling visual design across presentations, marketing assets, and long-form content. You will play a key part in shaping how materials are experienced by clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong visual storytelling. Working closely with marketing, business development, and subject matter experts, you will translate content into engaging, polished deliverables that support strategic communications and sales efforts. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. You will also partner with creative leadership to ensure alignment with broader brand direction while executing day-to-day production work. This is a remote role offering exposure to diverse industries and high-impact B2B work.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging and brand-aligned design assets that support marketing, sales, and client communications across multiple formats.
Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and RFP/proposal materials
Create layouts for whitepapers, case studies, reports, and other long-form content
Build data visualizations including charts, graphs, tables, and infographics to simplify complex information
Produce digital marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, and website promotions
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs and channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate written content into compelling visual narratives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and incorporating feedback efficiently
Prepare final, production-ready files for both digital and presentation use
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in presentation and digital design
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in graphic design within a marketing, agency, corporate, or professional services environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, marketing collateral, and digital asset creation
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Expert-level skills in PowerPoint design and presentation development
Experience designing long-form content such as reports, whitepapers, or proposals using templates and brand systems
Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling principles
Ability to translate data into clear and visually engaging charts and infographics
Experience designing digital marketing assets for social media, email, and web platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with comfort working within established brand guidelines
