Job Summary

The GEOINT Motion Analyst positions at Castalia Systems utilizes Motion GEOINT and other sources as appropriate to exploit, analyze, and produce GEOINT in support of critical operations. They are involved in full-motion video processing, exploitation, and dissemination. Sources for these formats of data come from many different sectors within the DoD and IC. Our team takes pride in supporting the critical missions that protect the nation, our freedom, and our families -the things that really matter. We are looking for candidates who want to be trained in GEOINT and become a part of the future Castalia Systems Intelligence & Security Program.
Roles and Responsibilities

3+ years of relevant GEOINT experience, which can be supplemented by a relevant degree
Demonstrated experience with Motion GEOINT tradecraft and analysis
Demonstrated proficiency in common Motion GEOINT software applications
Demonstrated experience collaborating with national or service intelligence agencies/centers
Demonstrated ability to prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids
Ability to produce GEOINT products to NGA standards and quality
Demonstrated experience with NGA digital data (NTM, PAN, SAR, etc.)
Capable of geolocation and mensuration
Demonstrated experience creating, updating, and managing geospatial databases and products
Ability to read and understand intelligence issues, military affairs, and use geospatial tools to develop intelligence reports and products to solve problems
Ability to communicate with clarity and accuracy both verbally and in written form
Knowledge of intelligence organizations and systems, collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources, and techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information
Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Typical office environment
Positions are M-F, normal working hours and there is no requirement for shift 2 or weekend work currently, but this is subject to change at customer discretion.
