Credence Innovations is an Indianapolis-based direct marketing and events company that helps clients build genuine connections with their target audiences through face‑to‑face campaigns and live event experiences.
What you’ll do Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships across direct marketing campaigns and live event activations.
Collaborate with internal campaign and events teams to ensure client programs are executed on time, on brand, and on budget.
Present campaign results, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients on a regular basis.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional campaigns, event sponsorships, and expanded service offerings.
Attend and support on‑site events as needed, acting as a client liaison during live activations.
Maintain accurate account and pipeline records; track campaign KPIs and report on client satisfaction and retention.
What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services — experience in direct marketing or events is a strong plus.
Confident communicator who can present to clients and rally internal teams around shared goals.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts and campaign timelines simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a high‑energy, in‑person environment — including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
Experience with CRM tools and basic campaign reporting; familiarity with event management platforms is a bonus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Must be able to commute to or relocate to Indianapolis, IN — this is a fully on‑site position.
