Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and online reviews
Create posts in alignment with manufacturer guidelines
Ensure compliance with brand and creative standards
Manage and publish social media content
Monitor and enhance the company’s online reputation
Support community outreach and engagement initiatives
Create, publish, and distribute monthly newsletters
Update and maintain online blog content
Experience
Required:
Positive attitude and strong with ethic
Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
2+ years of experience in social media management, customer service, or reputation management
Experience with marketing communications or project management
Familiarity with social media platforms, review management tools, and analytics dashboards
Automotive industry experience
Co-Op experience is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva
Meta Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite
Google Business Profile (Listings)
Email marketing platforms
Working Conditions
Working conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to full work shift on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout the shift.
