Primary Responsibilities
Event & Member Communications
Design digital invitations for private events
Create event-related assets (announcements, follow‑ups, updates)
Ensure consistency and polish across all communications
Menu Design & Updates
Maintain and update restaurant menus (seasonal and ad hoc)
Format and refine layouts across multiple menu types
Support specialty event menus and print production needs
Assist with on‑site printing when required
Social Media Support
Create Instagram assets (posts, stories, announcements)
Support event promotion and member engagement initiatives
Digital Product Assets
Design assets for Kith Ivy web and app experiences
Create UI‑aligned visuals that maintain brand consistency
General Design Support
Assist with miscellaneous creative needs tied to club operations
Support brand guideline management and asset creation across physical and digital formats
Requirements & Skills
3–6+ years of experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands
Experience working within established brand systems
Ability to balance speed and precision in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with both digital and print production workflows
Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams
