MarTech Strategist

In this position you will own the digital experience architecture for the annuity business. You will lead the modernization of our digital funnel, ensuring that SEO, content structure, and user journey design work in harmony to drive measurable growth.

Please note, this team works onsite at the Columbus, Ohio office.
Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end digital experience for annuities and the retirement sector, designing intuitive navigation and information architecture that aligns with advisor workflows and client needs.
Build intuitive, retirement-focused navigation (Income, Planning, Healthcare, and Legacy) that reflects how financial advisors actually work, and educates audiences
Use data-driven insights and A/B testing to identify friction points, simplifying paths to conversion and improving tool engagement.
Lead SEO strategy and internal content tagging to ensure high-value retirement planning resources are easily discoverable, ensuring that content reaches the right audience at the right time.
Optimize how internal and external partners find and leverage product tools and collateral. Use data, testing, and user insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
Translate complex annuity marketing goals into actionable digital strategies, ensuring content and tools support the overarching brand narrative.
Partner with UX, Tech, Analytics, and Sales Enablement to balance immediate site improvements with long-term digital modernization goals.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital experience strategy, web optimization, integrated marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of how digital experiences support full funnel marketing and sales.
Preferred

Experience in financial services, retirement, investments, insurance, or another regulated industry.
Familiarity with advisor led or intermediated business models.
Experience with analytics tools, SEO platforms, and experimentation or optimization programs.
