Key Responsibilities Of The Jr. Account Manager

Territory Management: Oversee a dedicated regional territory by strengthening existing accounts while aggressively prospecting for new business.

Strategic Consulting: Lead discovery sessions to uncover client needs and design bespoke media or promotional solutions.

Project Collaboration: Partner with internal creative and operations teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and exceed expectations.

Administrative Oversight: Manage workflows including generating quotes, finalizing contracts, and maintaining meticulous CRM data.

Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitors to identify untapped lead sources and growth opportunities.

Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the organization at on-site consultations, networking functions, and community events.

Hybrid Workflow: Balance office-based strategy with regional travel for in-person client meetings.

Qualifications Of The Jr. Account Manager

Experience: 2–4 years of demonstrated success in sales, account management, or business development (commission-driven experience is a plus).

Communication: Superior interpersonal skills with a talent for persuasive professional writing and presentations.

Organization: Strong self-management habits with a focus on hitting weekly KPIs and activity targets.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for frequent regional travel.
