JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an Engagement and Communications Specialist to lead the creation and execution of comprehensive engagement campaigns, aiming for excellence in both strategy and delivery. This role requires developing a variety of communication tools and materials while ensuring all campaigns resonate with our target audience and meet our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in customer or employee experience management to enhance participation and satisfaction across all initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Lead the full lifecycle of engagement campaigns, from conceptualization and strategy development to execution and impact analysis.

Craft and maintain a communications toolkit, including but not limited to email templates, video materials, and internal training resources.

Establish clear campaign goals, create compelling content, and track performance metrics to gauge success.

Design and implement end-to-end experiences that elevate satisfaction and participation among our experts.

Engage with community members to collect feedback, applying insights to optimize and enhance future campaigns.

Must have Skills

Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite for campaign and content creation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to produce engaging and persuasive messaging.

Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Industry Experience
Experience in customer or employee engagement within Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
