Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience presenting to executives, communicating with management and measurement teams.

Experience building trusted‑advisor relationships with C‑level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.

Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (AI‑powered Performance and Video, Connected TV), and the landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.

Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.

Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, including C‑suite executives, to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.

Drive the development of Joint Business Plans by aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.

Design and pitch powerful, data‑driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in‑depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed revenue sales targets.

Measure and communicate Google’s value by tracking campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and delivering data‑driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.

Expand the customer’s growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
