Job Title Your mission is to transform our direct marketing activities into a strategic revenue driver. You will be responsible for the technical and content design of the customer journey to qualify prospects and guide them through to contract completion.
End-to-End Journey Management: Conception and management of automated marketing journeys that guide leads from first contact through qualification to completion and subsequent up-selling.
Lifecycle Personalization & Segmentation: Continuous development of data-based segmentation logic and trigger campaigns to send the right message to each prospect throughout their entire customer lifecycle.
Campaign Excellence & A/B Testing: Operational implementation and success control of all CRM measures, systematically maximizing performance (open, click, and conversion rates) through A/B testing.
Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting: Monitoring of revenue KPIs (MQL to deal) and derivation of strategic measures to eliminate bottlenecks in the funnel based on solid data analyses.
Data Quality Management: Ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads to sales and maintaining a clean data base in HubSpot as the basis for reliable automations.
What You Bring: Marketing Professional with Track Record: You have a completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification and at least 4 years of professional experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation, ideally with a focus on B2B SaaS.
Revenue & Funnel Expertise: You have demonstrable successes in building and optimizing data-based customer journeys. You think in terms of conversion stages (from lead generation to MQL/SQL to up-selling) rather than clicks.
HubSpot Power User: You are proficient in using CRM systems and marketing automation solutions. Ideally, you master complex workflows, lead scoring, and automated triggers.
Analytics with Implementation Strength: You work data-driven and structured. You use A/B tests and funnel analyses not just for reporting, but as a basis for proactive measures to increase pipeline speed.
Growth Mindset & Ownership: You act independently and solution-oriented. You see yourself as a link between marketing and sales and enjoy driving measurable company success through interdisciplinary collaboration.
Strong Communicator in German & English: You move confidently in an international environment. You communicate fluently in both German and English to present campaigns and strategies confidently.
