Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Danish‑Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user‑generated content on various social media platforms in Danish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your efforts will contribute significantly to maintaining a safe and positive online environment for the Danish‑speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and review social media content in Danish to ensure adherence to community standards and policies

Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and messages in Danish

Identify, report, and escalation inappropriate, harmful, or policy‑violating content according to company protocols

Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation strategies and improve community engagement

Stay informed about current social media trends, moderation best practices, and policy updates

Requirements

Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus

Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their guidelines, and moderation policies

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive content professionally

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Attention to detail, good judgment, and problem‑solving skills

Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer literacy
