You will lead the on-site creative vision and physical brand expression of our festival portfolio, shaping how each brand comes to life through environmental storytelling, art direction, immersive design, landmark moments, and guest experiences that capture the spirit of Rock & Roll while setting a new benchmark for live event creativity. You will partner closely with Production, Marketing, Sponsorship, Operations, and Executive Leadership to turn ambitious ideas into bold, buildable realities that honor creative vision, fan experience, and budget discipline.

Shape how fans discover, move through, and connect with the grounds from arrival to exit

Create spaces that feel intentional, memorable, and effective

Ensure consistency and quality across all guest-facing touchpoints

Deliver high-impact spaces people photograph, share, and remember

Work with and collaborate closely with Concessions, Food & Beverage, VIP, and Operations teams to elevate bars, beverage areas, food halls, concessions, lounges, and hospitality spaces across the grounds

Help transform transactional areas into branded environments that feel intentional, inviting, and aligned with the festival experience

Support the creation of high-energy destinations that increase dwell time, engagement, and revenue opportunities

Partner with Marketing to align campaign storytelling with the live experience

Collaborate with Sponsorship teams to integrate partners in ways that feel authentic to the brand

Work alongside Production and Operations to ensure concepts are executable, safe, and efficient

Build a culture of originality, urgency, excellence, and accountability

Establish creative standards, processes, and systems that scale across multiple events

Mentor talent and raise the level of creative output across the organization

Ensure environments never feel stale or repetitive

Lead post-event reviews and identify opportunities for improvement

Bring fresh ideas, new technologies, and cultural inspiration into future cycles

Continuously raise the creative bar across the portfolio

A portfolio that demonstrates bold taste, world-building instincts, and emotionally resonant physical experiences

Deep understanding of music culture, audience energy, and what fans remember most

Able to think strategically at an executive level while guiding teams into execution
