General Description
Represent Bonney Forge with respect to all sales activities in a major geographic area (Southeast) of the US. Conduct sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. Provide explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals
Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, provide solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
Increase market share through development of new accounts and penetration of existing accounts.
Travel is required to customer locations to hold face-to-face meetings
Discuss pricing levels on volume-based sales with corporate to maximize Bonney Forge's market position
Provide monthly forecasts of bookings by product line
Follow-up on inquiries and orders and act to correct service problems
Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred. Five to seven years as a salesman in this or a related industry.
